QuickBooks' display adjusts on its own. A horizontal scroll bar will appear at the bottom of the page if the content is wider than your monitor, letting you scroll to view all the information, Tad.
The appearance of this scroll bar is also affected by your zoom level. For example, if you zoom out (by pressing Ctrl and scrolling down with your mouse), you shrink the content. This allows more information to fit on the screen at once, which may cause the horizontal scroll bar to disappear if the content is no longer wider than your monitor.

Thank you for the follow-up. Yes, I got some help in finding the horizontal scroll bar, however I do have some feedback. It’s quite a bad design. The horizontal scroll bar is only visible/present/operable at the level of the list of expenses - such that you have to go to the bottom of that list to get to it. So I am unable to use it for item(s) that are at the top of that list unless I go to the extra step of searching or filtering the list to limit it to the item(s) I want to work with. Quite inefficient and counter-intuitive. Compare with the vertical scroll bar - there are actually two vertical scroll bars - one at the list level and another at the level of the whole window. The horizontal should follow this same design so that it can be used wherever I am in the list of expenses.
The rep that I worked with in my support call understood what I was talking about and said that she would raise a higher level ticket with the developers, but I’m happy to get on another call or screen share to demonstrate again. Just need to schedule it so I can be in front of my computer.
Thank you.
