Missing Clients in QBO

We can use a private or incognito browsing window or switch to a different browser. It will help us quickly rule out whether your browser's stored data is causing the glitch.

If your client's still isn't showing from the Go To QuickBooks dropdown, I suggest contacting our Intuit Expert. They possess specialized tools to identify the cause of the issue.
