My AI Reconciliation agent is missing. Is there a toggle that turns it off/on? I had it yesterday.

Can you get this error to happen on my quickbooks so ALL the AI is missing!  Now that would be a great feature.  Are there any steps to get this error to happen. I would really enjoy not having ANY AI show up on my product altogether! Thanks for the consideration. Too bad it will not change anything.
