Bank accounts will not update due to website maintenance or ongoing issues on your bank's end, Coleman.

To check, let's start by logging into your bank's website.

If there are no issues, let's manually update the connection to refresh and retrieve the transactions.

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to the Transactions menu and select Bank Transactions.
  3. From your bank feeds, click the Update button to start updating the transactions.

Also, I would appreciate it if you could provide your bank's name so I can check for any reported concerns and provide an appropriate resolution.

Alternatively, you can manually upload your bank transactions via CSV file directly into the software for easier record keeping.

Once the transactions are downloaded, you can categorize and reconcile them to ensure they match your bank and credit card statements.

You can explore our QuickBooks Live Expert Assisted support, which helps manage your accounting tasks. This service will also help you maintain the accuracy of your books.
