Question

My customer's unpaid balance is not showing up on invoices even though I have selected that option on the template. Can this be fixed?

Absolutely, Ruth. I'm here to ensure that your customers' unpaid balances are accurately visible on their invoices.

First, please note that the Account Summary section appears only on PDF and email copies of your invoices.

Now, let's make sure the correct template is selected when creating invoices.

Here’s how to proceed:

  1. On the Invoice page, hit Manage.
  2. Choose the Design tile.
  3. From the Other templates section, select the template you created.
  4. You can also make this your default template.
  5. When finished, click Print or download. Then, click Print to preview your invoices.

Here is a sample of the invoices with the Account Summary applied.
