My emails no longer show a link to pay online. They always have before. What changed?

Plenty of my customers have paid online before, but now there isn't a link from them to pay online. Help!

You'll have to verify that your payment setup is correctly configured when sending invoices, @AreaWideInsp.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Navigate to the Invoices section and select Create Invoice.
  2. Choose Customize and then click on Payments.
  3. Ensure that you've toggle either Credit Card or Bank Transfer.

  2. Select the drop-down icon of the invoices that has Paid status.
  3. Then, click Export as PDF.
