My question disappeared off the community

I asked a question on the community yesterday and received a notification this morning that I got a new reply. When I click in the link in the email, it just takes me to the QB community main page, not the conversation. When I click on my icon and click on topics, I can see my question, but when I click on it, it just takes me to the QB community main page. How do I get to my question to see all the responses? The subject of my question is:  The text in my invoice disappeared

Thank you for connecting with the QuickBooks Community, SarahCO. I checked on my end and it is doing the same thing as well. I also did a private browser and I also experience that loop. I went further and check your profile in the Community and I am able to see all the other threads except that one. Solidifying that there is a glitch but good news I am able to see this current one. I will love to assist you here though.

 

Is the text completely gone on all invoices, or just specific ones? And is this for one user or everyone in the company seeing it?
