I'll help you turn off this automatic overdue invoice reminder on your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, rrv041965.

 

If you're using QBO Simple Start, Essentials, or Plus, we can turn it off on your Account and Settings page.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and settings.
  2. Choose the Sales tab.
  3. In the Reminders section, click Edit.
  4. Then turn off Automatic invoice reminders.



  5. Click Save, then Done.

 

Meanwhile, if you're using QBO Advanced, you can turn off or disable this payment due to reminders from your Workflows.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Manage workflows.
  2. From the ON/OFF column, select the Send payment reminder workflow. Then, select Disable.

 

Additionally, you can apply automatic late fees to overdue invoices to encourage your customers to pay on time.
