Help has arrived, Riven. I know some reasons and solutions to ensure your Profit and Loss statement is intact.

One of the possible reasons why the deposits aren't showing on your Profit and Loss report is that the date range does not cover the exact period when the deposits were posted to your bank. You'll want to review your report's selected date.

If the deposits still don’t appear in the system, it means that you haven't recorded them in QuickBooks. With that, you can add them from the Bank feeds if your bank account is connected. Simply categorize or select the right account and then click Post.

Otherwise, you'll need to manually record them so they appear on your financial report.

Another factor why transactions go missing and may not appear in the relevant reports is when they remain uncategorized or are assigned to the wrong account. You can review pending transactions and make sure to categorize them correctly.
