Question

On entering an expense, the "Save and Close" button is too far down on my screen so I can't click on it. How do I fix this?

Hello there, @MTI2022. Let's work together to fix your display issues.

There are a few possible reasons for the Save and Close button not displaying on your screen.

Firstly, it could be due to your browser's zoom settings. The Zoom function may have been activated without you being notified. To check this, you can refer to the following articles:

Secondly, it could be due to your computer's display settings. QuickBooks Online requires that your screen resolution is set to 1024x768 or higher, and your Dots-per-inch (DPI) set to Normal or 100%. To check this, you can refer to the following articles:

Additionally, you can run an expense report to get an overview of your business finances.

Let me know if you have further concerns with your display screen. I'll be here to help you in any way I can.
