Please turn off AI features from my account. I do not want them. I rely on your services to run my business and it is extremely unfair to push this on all of us.

Please note that the option to disable this feature is currently unavailable. In the meantime, you can avoid using the AI functionalities by not clicking the Business Feed button while navigating the platform. Regarding the pop-up advertisements, it intends to make suggestions and provide instructions on how to enhance your QBO experience. I'm aware that the adverts could interfere with your navigation. However, we're unable to disable them permanently. For now, close them by clicking the X or No, thanks buttons.
