Great news! QuickBooks Online (QBO) allows you to prepare and print mailing labels using the Contact List report. To start, run and export it to Excel by following these steps:
Sign in to your QBO account.
Tap on Reports at the left pane.
Search and pull up the Contact List report.
Make the necessary filters and customization.
Select Change columns.
Mark the Full Name and any applicableaddress information you need, then tap on the button Run Report

This is another example of functionality lost in the movement to the On-Line version. Formerly, I could just print mailing labels on the selected Avery format. What a pain this is.

At the moment, the option to print mailing labels in QBO is not available. However, you can generate the Contact List report by following the steps outlined above or consider exploring third-party applications that provide this functionality and can be integrated into the program.
To discover such an application, simply go to the Apps tab in your QBO account and search for applications that support mailing labels.
