ProAdvisor Academy is currently available in US only. I am in the US. Why am I getting this message?

I bought a computer from Italy while overseas and moved when I came back to the US, I changed all the setting to be in the US. Why is this still not working?

I appreciate you sharing the details and the effort you've made in updating your system settings. While adjusting your device settings can be helpful in certain cases, it does not affect the access to features like ProAdvisor Academy.

 

The error message you're encountering indicates that you're logged into a QBO subscription or company file instead of QBOA account. Even if you refresh the page or navigate back, it will continue to route you to the wrong account automatically. To resolve this, I recommend using a supported browser or use incognito mode. You can use these shortcuts to open incognito mode: 

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

Once you're logged in, kindly ensure you're selecting your QBOA account when logging in to ProAdvisor Academy.
