Purchase order

Thanks for joining the Community, Jay_romero. I appreciate your detailed information.

If item details are turned off for the purchase order template you're using, it could cause an item's details to not be displayed on transactions.

You can make changes to template customizations while editing an existing template.

Here's how:
 

1. In your top menu bar, go to Lists, then Templates.
2. Choose a type of form you'd like to customize.
3. From the form, access your Formatting tab and click Manage Templates.
4. Use the Basic Customization window to make any necessary changes. Transaction information can be changed by selecting Update Information.
5. You can also hit Additional Customization to add or remove items from your header, columns, or footer areas. Afterwards, use the Layout Designer to move or resize items as necessary.
6. When you're finished, press OK.
7. Click Print Preview to review your form. If everything looks good, hit Close.
8. Select OK.
