I have received 2 emails from quickbooks saying that I received negative feedback from a client ? In dates that I did not even service a client ? Is this spam?

Scammers send fake bad reviews to scare you into clicking their links before you think. Since you did not even work with clients on those dates, you can be 100% sure they are fake.

Real emails from us only come from an address ending in @intuit.com. I recommend deleting the messages or forwarding them to security@intuit.com so they can track the scammers.

You are completely safe as long as you do not click anything. To learn more about how to spot fake emails, check out this linked article: Identify suspicious activity and phishing scams.
