Question

QuickBooks and OneSaas are not communicating from my website

I have a Big Commerce website that utilizes the OneSaas App to communicate with mt QuickBooks Online.

In January of this year, the communications became dysfunctional. I have contacted OnSaas for help, but they have been unable to assist. I have spoken with QBO Tier 2 support multiple times, and they have been unable to fix the issue. My sales and inventory changes are not being recorded. How do I get assistance to get this issue resolved?

Hello there, Steve.

I recognize the importance of having your sales and inventory updates sync correctly with QuickBooks Online (QBO), and I appreciate the steps you’ve taken so far to troubleshoot this matter.

At this point, I recommend contacting our live support team again for immediate updates on your case. I understand you've already reached out to them numerous times, but they're the ones who can dive deeper into this issue and work with you to explore solutions.

For your convenience, here’s an article that provides information on the live team’s availability, helping you connect with them efficiently: Get Help with QuickBooks Products and Services.

I have spoken with the Tier 2 support on a few occasions (as recent as yesterday), and they don't know how to fix the issue. OneSaas has been unresponsive. The only way to communicate with OneSaas is via email.

Hi Steve, I understand that you're feeling drained and frustrated with your situation.

Although you've already reached out to our live support team, I recommend contacting them again for a real-time review to help identify the root cause of your issue. They can provide immediate updates on your case, as my colleague mentioned.

Additionally, since QuickBooks depends on data from the OneSaas app, it would be helpful to contact them as well. You mentioned that you can communicate via email, so when you reach out, I recommend clearly outlining the consequences of the delay and how it affects your business operations. This information will encourage them to address your inquiry more urgently.

Besides emailing them, you can also submit a request through this link: https://support.onesaas.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.

If you need further assistance with QuickBooks, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help.
