Some users report that they upgraded to Tahoe and “so far it’s been working fine.” But there are caveats noted: those users tend to avoid using online‑banking, payroll, or some of the connected features— meaning only core functions were tested by them. On the flip side, Intuit’s system requirements for QB Mac 2021 list macOS 10.15 (Catalina) as a minimum, but not the newer macOS versions like Tahoe. Also, Intuit recommends upgrading to a newer QB Mac version to ensure compatibility with newer macOS versions.
