Quickbooks says it open until 10 for live chats and its not allowing me to do so

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Navigate to the (?) Help section. Which will bring up the QuickBooks Assistant window.
3. In the Type or Ask Something field, enter your inquiry.
4. Press Enter on your keyboard to send it.
