Your QuickBooks Payments application may be declined for several reasons related to eligibility and credit requirements. While we review each application carefully, common factors for rejection include:

  • The type of product or service sold.
  • Operating in a high-risk industry.
  • The credit history of the primary account owner.
  • Issues with application data.
  • General business decisions or risk profiles.

Please check your inbox for an email from Intuit. This message provides specific details regarding why we could not approve your application at this time.

@Barrybuilt

Are you B2B or B2C? You can use a 3rd party payment processor to sync with QB.
