Reminder invoices set up is no longer showing the options for 'intervals', I have the lastest QB version and need to ensure reminder invoices are sent.

In addition, to ensure that reminder invoices are sent to your customer, you can place a check mark to send a copy to your email at the Account and Settings section. This way,  you'll receive an email notification each time the reminders are sent. Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Select Sales, then click the pencil icon in the Reminders tab.
3. Tap the drop-down to view the default email message for the invoice reminder.
4. Place a check mark in the box for Send a copy to your email.
5. Then, select Save and click Done.

You can also review the audit log to confirm whether the invoice reminder has been sent. This log provides a detailed record, allowing you to track all communication related to the invoice effectively.

On the other hand, if you are using the mobile app, consider resetting the app to resolve potential issues. This process serves a similar purpose to clearing the cache in the browser.
