Sales tax function failing - QBD 24 Enterprise

Thank you Cody. I did hear from Ronald, who while trying to be helpful, had me select a function that 'cleared' my authorization as primary in the Intuit account which then in turn will not allow me to enter a 16 digit number as our QB ID, which should have been assigned and created when I first set up the company file, but somehow was not, and they have decided that this has created the problem that prevents the pay sales tax function not to work anymore. It worked last month, so how this number that I did not have access to and was not created when setting up the company file or the Intuit account I previously had access to makes a difference I cannot understand. Now they want me to supply corporate company documents and company owner identification to prove who I am. I am not the owner of the company, I am the bookkeeper and primary user of the company file, so how that information makes a difference and why they can't get me authorized again, is a mystery to me. We are now in a stalemate with information and lack of need for said information. I hope someone out there has a work around for this as I don't think I'm getting any further help from support and they won't look for the actual problem, the bug in the program that makes it shut down every time I try to use the pay sales tax function. 😞 

Any help out there fellow QBD Enterprise 24 users?
