Search bar at top not working or Advanced Search

The Advanced Search tab is really a powerful tool to help you quickly locate specific transactions, reports or data within the company file. Are you unable to search any information when using this feature, accounting31?

 

If that's the case, you can try refreshing your browser by clicking on the refresh button. I've added a screenshot for your reference:

 

This refresh button is highlighted in a red box, near the address bar where the website URL is displayed.

 

You can also log in and out from your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account to refresh everything. However, if the issue persist, I suggest contacting our Phone Support Team so they can help check why this is happening. To reach out to them, follow the steps below:

 

  1. Navigate to the Help (?) menu.
  2. In the Search bar, enter Contact us and click the link at the bottom part.
  3. Select the Callback option.
  4. Follow the prompts until you are connected with one of our representatives.
