search not working when looking up an invoice number

When you say the Search feature is not working, can you clarify what you’re experiencing? Is the Search button greyed out, unresponsive, or not returning results for invoice numbers? Are you seeing any error messages?

In the mean time, you can manually search for the invoice using the Status or Date drop-down menu.
