If you didn’t request a callback from us at QuickBooks, you won’t get a call from our team. So if someone contacts you about issues with your computer or the security of your QuickBooks Desktop account (QBDT), it could be a fraudulent or not a legit call.

  1. Run QuickBooks Desktop and then go to the Help menu.
  2. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Follow on-screen instructions to reach support via callback or chat.

    Phone support is available on weekdays from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT for QBDT Pro, Plus, Premier and Mac but closed on weekend. And 5 AM to 7 PM PT for Enterprise on weekdays and 6 AM to 3 PM PT for weekends.
