When sending a statement in quickbooks desktop it is defaulting to the customer email and not the job contact email, is there a way to have it autofill the "job" email instead of the "customer" email?

Thanks for the additional details, Kellyspr.

While there are many options for customization within the Desktop account, at this time statements can only be emailed to the address listed in the customer profile. I can see how having the option to select the job email would be beneficial. I recommend submitting feedback to the Product Development Team for review. You can do so directly through your account by selecting the Help tab, then Send Feedback Online.

Hey there, Kellyspr.

Thanks for posting your question here in the Community. I'm happy to provide some info about changing the contact email in your QuickBooks Desktop account.

I recommend double checking the email preferences, if you haven't done so already. This can be done in a few steps:

1. Choose the Edit tab, then choose Preferences.
2. Select Send Forms.
3. Check if the email address setup is working, then select OK.

The following article provides additional info about creating and sending customer statements in QuickBooks Desktop.

Please feel free to reach back out if you have any other questions. I'll be here to lend a hand.

Email is working fine.  My issue is that when I send statements it auto fills using the customer email and I need it to auto fill using the specific job email. For example we have a client with multiple jobs managed by different contacts. I need the statements to go to the individual job contact.
