I accidentally paid my income tax twice 2 years ago.  I received a refund from the government today,  How do i record the refund in my Quickbooks?

Hey there, @PAT0511

It's great to see you back in the Community!

The best route would be to speak with your accountant to be sure of how to record this properly within your account.

If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to ask. We're always here to lend a helping hand. Take care!

Unless you're a C-corp (I'm guessing not since you're asking that question here), your income tax is personal and should not be entered in QB.
