The app shuts down after I log a trip. It is extremely inconvenient. there is a bug.

Why should I have to post this to a community post instead of going directly to the developer to notify them there is an issue?

While having direct access to our product developers, especially for concerns like yours would be convenient, please know that the Community forum serves as a primary channel for users to share their experiences, ask questions, and report issues.

 

While it may not feel as immediate as a direct line to developers, it allows us to gather valuable feedback and identify common problems affecting multiple users.

 

There are also a couple of reasons why an app would crash when using it. This includes insufficient device memory, incompatibility issues, and minor bugs.

 

You can start the troubleshooting by freeing up some space on your mobile device. Then, reboot your phone and record a trip once again.

 

Aside from that, I also suggest temporarily removing the app, and then reinstalling it. Use these links to reinstall the app:

 

 

You can also go to your purchase or download history in your Apple or Google account to redownload the app.
