Question

The left-hand navigation menu has disappeared from my version of quickbooks online. How do I find it?

I really dislike the new home screen and prefer to see the desktop version, but there is no toggle for that either. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the desktop app and I still don't have either option available to me.

Hi, Maureen.

 

The left-hand navigation menu is no longer visible on the home screen with the new interface update. Instead, it appears when you click into specific Job Centers (e.g., Get Paid & Pay, Customers, Vendors). Within these sections, the navigation menu will display options tailored to the tasks you're working on.
