Hello,

I submitted request to publish my profile on Find-an-Accountant. However, the request has been rejected. I contacted customer service but they didn't know the reason. I emailed and called the accountant manager seeking the reason but I didn't receive the response until now. I don't who to contact to find out the reason to fix it from my end. I appreciate your advise in this matter. Below is the email that I am keep getting.

"Thank you for submitting the information and expressing interest in being published on the Find-an-Accountant site. We appreciate the time you dedicated to your application.

After careful review, we have determined that Intuit is not going to approve publishing your profile on our Find-an-Accountant site. All of the documentation you submitted with your application has been deleted Find-an-Accountant.

We do appreciate your interest in the Find-an-Accountant site and wish you the best for your business"

We would like to thank you for coming to our Community page, @RaedR. I know this can confusing when your request to publish your ProAdvisor Profile was rejected without a clear reason. It's important to remember that sometimes these decisions are made based on specific criteria or guidelines that may not be immediately apparent.

There are a few more things I want you to check:

  1. To keep your profile visible in the Find-a-ProAdvisor search, make sure to pass the current year's certification for our supported products (like QuickBooks). Otherwise, your profile won't be displayed.
  2. Active ProAdvisor subscription:
  • Desktop certification require an active Premium or deluxe QuickBooks ProAdvisor subscription.
  • QuickBooks online certification only requires an active ProAdvisor membership, which is included in QuickBooks Online Accountant. We offer QBOA free of charge.

If you've already confirmed that you have all the necessary requirements, I recommend reaching out to our support team again for further verification. They can help you understand why your approval was not granted or what might have happened.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to the Help.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Enter a brief description of your concern and select Continue.
  5. Choose either Start a Chat or Get a Callback to start connecting with them.

Once you are all set I want you to check this article to learn more about ProAdvisor profile and Find-a-ProAdvisor guidelines.

It will be much appreciated if you update me on how's the call goes. I want to make sure everything is taken care of for you.

I’m actually dealing with the same issue. Do you know how yours got resolved? My ProAdvisor profile was fully active and visible online for years, and the problem only started after I updated my company information when I incorporated.

Right after updating my company name, the system asked me to re-verify my identity. I uploaded my driver’s license and passport multiple times  both valid, not expired, and very clear. I also cleared cache, tried different browsers, incognito mode, and even different devices.

I called support and waited over an hour, but no one could see my documents or resolve anything. Every submission comes back after five days with the same automated message saying they couldn’t verify me.

Is there a way for a real human to manually review the documents? Another agent told me I may need to keep trying 6+ times, which doesn’t make sense since my profile was already verified and active before this update.Any help or escalation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
