Question

There seems to be a gap in QB reading transactions from 10/7/25-12/9/25 and several transactions are not showing up. I've refreshed the bank account but it didn't help.

Hi there, pas8.

I understand the importance of smooth bank transactions for your business. Let’s get your bank feed back on track.

To begin, could you please tell me which bank you’re connected to in QuickBooks and whether you’re seeing any error messages when connecting or updating? This information will help us provide the most accurate solution.

Since you’ve already refreshed your bank account, I recommend signing in directly to your bank’s website to confirm access and check for any messages, alerts, display issues, or security updates that could block downloads or connections.

If everything looks good on your bank’s side, update the transactions in QuickBooks again to refresh the feed.

Additionally, if you’ve changed your username, password, or account details at the bank, update the same information in QuickBooks (Edit sign-in info) to re-establish the connection.

For a detailed walkthrough, check out this article: Update your bank feeds and bank info.

In the meantime, you can consider manually downloading the missing transactions in CSV format from your bank and uploading them to QuickBooks. It’s important to note that duplicates may occur once the connection is restored. In that case, exclude any duplicates that reappear via the feed.

If you have other questions or concerns, please reach out. We’re here to help.
