Question

There was a recent change and I can no longer see who submits an expense in expense claims. Is there a new setting?

The created by tab just lists the company name now, not the individual submitter. It used to show the employee. Is there a way to change this?

You can review your employee's information to check if it is set up correctly, smbisang.

When an employee submits an expense claim, their name appears in the CREATED BY column unless their profile has been set up with your company's name instead.

To address this, I recommend reviewing your employees' information to ensure their name is correctly set up in the system.

If you've verified that your employee's name is properly configured but your company's name still appears in the CREATED BY column, I recommend reaching out to our live expert to review the reason why your company's name is appearing in the 'Created By' tab. They have the necessary tools to examine the issue more thoroughly.
