Question

Two customers in the past week report that they couldn't open an estimate or invoice that I sent to them via text (I used Share in QBO). Anyone else had this problem?

It’s likely that the link to your invoices and estimates was accidentally altered, such as by deleting a character or making a typo when you sent them. Because these links are highly specific, even a tiny change prevents them from opening.

 

To make sure the link works, send and open it on your device first. Once you've confirmed it loads correctly, resend it to your customers. If it still doesn’t work, you can send your sales forms by email.
