Unable to Print or Email Invoices

I am unable to print or email invoices. This has been happening since updated to the new Desktop 2024 Premium version.  I have run the Quickbooks Tool Hub various times and run software updates still nothing.  I cannot save as a pdf and email to my customers!  I am very upset with Quickbooks, I cannot get anyone on the phone to help me, the phone tree keeps hanging up on ME!  Can someone help with this!

Thank you, but I have checked all these, The Temp file security settings are all on FULL,

 

When following the instructions to print the Notepad document, I do not have XPS Document Writer as an option, I do have Microsoft Print to PDF, is this the problem?

 

My Print Spooler is Set to Automatic.  Is it the XPS Document Writer Issue?  I am running the latest version of Windows 11.

I am having the same problem: can't email or print invoices but can email statements. Spent hours with QB support. This is beyond ridiculous!

I understand your frustration with not having your issue resolved through QuickBooks Support, @Redtail1.

 

In the meantime, you can use the QuickBooks Desktop Tool Hub to help address common problems with sending or printing invoices. Here are the steps to download and install the QuickBooks Tool Hub:

 

  1. Close your QuickBooks.
  2. Download the most recent version (1.6.0.8) of the QuickBooks Tool Hub. Save the file somewhere you can easily find it (like your Downloads folder or your Windows desktop). Note: If you've installed Tool Hub before, you can find out which version you have. Select the Home tab. The version will be on the bottom.
  3. Open the file you downloaded (QuickBooksToolHub.exe).
  4. Follow the on-screen steps to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
  5. When the install finishes, double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub.
