Username creation as SALES7 giving error

It’s unusual that Sales7 fails to log in while Sales07 works, Ravi. If you’re the company admin, you can check the username to determine the issue. If not, I suggest asking your company admin to verify the username settings.

Here’s how to check usernames:

1. Log in as the administrator.
2. Go to the Company menu at the top.
3. Select Set Up Users and Passwords and choose Set up Users.
4. Enter the admin password, then click OK.
5. The usernames will be listed in the User List window.
