Hi, Kevin116. Thank you for sharing your concern and for being a long-time user of QuickBooks Online. We appreciate your continued use of the platform over the years.

To locate and file your quarterly 941 form, ensure that all relevant Filters are properly set. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to My apps from the left navigation column.
  2. Click Payroll and then select Payroll Taxes.
  3. Select the Filings tab.
  4. Ensure that the Time period and Tax Jurisdiction and Status align within the correct timeframe.
  5. Once done, click Apply

If the form still doesn’t appear, I recommend reaching out to our Live Support Team for further assistance. Here’s how you can connect with an expert:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click the Help (?) icon in the upper-right corner.
  3. Use the QB Assistant or the Search tab to ask a question.
  4. Type Contact Us and follow the prompts to connect with a support expert.

Let us know if further questions arise. We're here to help.
