Website won't let me read the response to a thread I created?

And it seems to be specific to that thread and response. I can look at this thread just fine.

This new platform works differently. If an Intuit employee from a specific region responds to your post for the first time, your post will be automatically recorded (or moved) to that region. I found your post in the Canadian forum. Hover your cursor over the top-right corner and select the Canadian flag. Click on the post, and you can reply to it later.
