What is the email to submit complaints?

Need to send complaint to QB Online Payroll for their new policy to take my money for taxes when I process a paycheck, hold on to it therefore generating interest that QB keeps, and then pay the taxes when due. Sounds like a ripoff to me - just want to complain to them but can't find email to submit my concern.

You can submit feedback by following these steps:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Feedback.
  2. Type in your comments or product suggestions.
  3. Click Next to submit feedback.

By the way, did you shorten my post? I seem to recall submitting a much more verbose version expressing my outrage at this new move to supposedly help us, which only helps you make more money off of us.
