Question

When I update my American Express transactions into QB Online, credits from one particular vendor never come over to QB. Any idea why this happens?

It’s possible that the transactions with that vendor haven't cleared, which is why they aren’t showing in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, LMS241.

 

I recommend checking your bank account's website to see if the credit has cleared.

 

For now, you can manually import the transactions into your account. Once the transactions are downloaded from your bank, ensure to either match or exclude them to avoid duplicates.
