Question

Whenever I try to turn off a workflow it tells me there are 6 pending bills to approve and when I click on that link, it shows none. I can't turn on new workflow.

Additionally, the workflow I am trying to turn off is unrelated to bill approvals but still i get this message.

Excessive data build-up can trigger issues in the platform like the one you're experiencing with your workflow in QuickBooks, pasa.

To fix this, I recommend clearing your browser's cache and cookies. This troubleshooting procedure helps the platform eliminate conflicts caused by the said browser components. If the problem persists, you can consider using another supported browser.

Alternatively, you can also delete the workflow in question to narrow down the result:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Manage workflows.
  2. Locate the workflow in question from the My workflows list.
  3. Click the dropdown arrow under the Action column.
  4. Choose Delete.
  5. Confirm the action by hitting Delete again.
  6. Recreate the workflow if needed, then toggle it Off.
