it was a credit card transaction its been a week and the payment has been received and all

QuickBooks Payments typically processes deposits within five business days for initial payments. However, the first few deposits may take longer while your merchant account is being set up. Once the setup is complete, deposits are made within two business days.

 

Since it has been a week without a deposit, I will help you check its status to see if it has been funded or withheld. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to the Merchant Service Center.
  2. From the homepage, select Activities & Reports and then Deposits.
  3. Choose the date range in the Dates field.
  4. Click Search.

 

If your deposit status is on hold, we can check your email for instructions on managing withheld funds. For further assistance, I recommend contacting the Payments Support team to follow up on this concern.
