Where to add a vendor identification number as well as a name.

You can add the vendor identification number beside their Company name in their profile for easier identification, CCSstjoe.

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can manage your vendor details in the Vendor Center and easily add both vendor names and unique identification numbers. To help you keep vendors with similar names organized, you can include the identification number directly in the Company name field. Here's how:

1. Go to My apps, select Expense & Bills, and then the Vendors menu.
2. Select the vendor you want to update, then click Edit to open their profile.
3. Add their identification number beside their name in the Company name field.
4. Click Save. 

On the other hand, you also have the option to add a Custom field (available for QBO Advanced version) to include the vendor identification number in their profile.
