Question

Why does QuickBooks desktop keep telling me my subscription is expired when I have already paid?

When I log in Intuit shows that I have already paid.  I will have to call customer service.  Has anybody had this issue?

Please contact our Intuit Experts, they will  review your account and provide the exact solution you need.

Alternatively, if you see the message "Your QuickBooks subscription has lapsed," you can resolve the issue by following the steps in the article.

Please respond to this post if you have additional concerns.

@MarkyMark88 Can you log in to CAMPS as the Primary Contact and check your license status? Ensure that your license code matches the one on your computer. You can renew through ProAdvisor and receive a discount of around 30% if needed.
