In this case, we can refresh your iOS application by following the steps below for your device. This action restores the app to its original settings, often fixing issues caused by cached data that interfere with the app's performance.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Open Settings and go to General.
  2. Select iPhone Storage and tap the QBO app.
  3. Choose Offload App. 

 

If the problem continues, we can uninstall and reinstall the QuickBooks app to ensure it functions properly.
