"Your invoice is ready!" new copy is terrible. How can we change it?
Please let us remove or update this new Invoice copy: "Your invoice is ready!"
My small business has been using Quickbooks for 20 years. This new copy is horrible, too aggressive sounding, unprofessional, and totally goes against fostering good customer relations. I called QB and talked to two people and a "case" was created for my request. The person I spoke with could not confirm either way if this would be seriously reviewed. Extremely frustrating.
