It depends on the Excel version you used when extracting the General Ledger report, Julia.

To start, could you please provide more details about the Excel version you are using to export the General Ledger (GL) report? Any additional information would be appreciated.

For Excel versions ranging from 2003 to 2013, the maximum limit is 65,000 rows. However, starting with Excel 2021, this limit has significantly increased to 1 million rows. If your General Ledger (GL) report contains more rows than these limits, you may encounter issues when trying to export it to Excel.

As a workaround, you can try splitting the report into smaller parts first and then combining them after exporting. This helps to bypass row limits in Excel, allowing you to work with larger datasets without issues.
