Since yesterday when I try to open a weekly timesheet for time entry, Quickbooks takes me to "Something New Is Coming!", which appears to be directing me to an upgrade.  When I close or cancel that it takes me to my billing page.  I cannot get to weekly timesheets.  Anybody else?? I have a yearly subscription, set to auto-renew in May so subscription is still valid.  I do not use Quickbooks Time or Payroll but I do enter employee time for costing purposes. Time entry is a core function of my job.  Any help would be appreciated.

We have the same experiencese as everyone on the BLOG - the reps know less than we do and we're just small business owners with no accounting background or formal training. We spend 1-2 hours every time we call for what should be a 3 minute conversation and quick answer. Instead, we end up fumbling through and reading countless articles sent by the reps until we eventually stumble into something relevant. We always find the answers before they do or never find an answer and have to get back to running the business with the issues unresolved. It's a terrible waste of precious time and resources. Please advise on how your paid customers can get right to a qualified support or relationship manager contact, via phone, without delays. Thank you. 

I have been keeping books for a company on my computer under my Quickbooks Pro Desktop license.  Someone else is going to take over those duties who is not associated with me.  Do I just give the a backup to load under their license?  Or does the backup have my license information associated with it?

Hi everyone, I’m currently working on a custom CRM that manages digital membership card, including member registration, renewals, and subscription tracking. I would like to integrate it with QuickBooks Online so that: When a new member is added, a customer is automatically created in QuickBooks When a membership is purchased or renewed, an invoice is generated automatically Payment status updates back to the CRM Renewal reminders align with invoice due dates Has anyone here implemented a similar integration? I’m especially interested in understanding: Whether QuickBooks Online API supports smooth two-way sync Any common challenges with subscription-based billing Best practices for handling recurring memberships I’d appreciate any guidance or documentation references from those who have experience with this.  

Using QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2020, with a single user (me) in Admin role.  Everything fine until today.  Close QB program to reboot PC, and then tried to open previous company file.  The password that I’ve used for 10+ years is suddenly no longer valid (or I somehow accidentally change the stored password in my password file). When I click on the “I forgot my password” link on the log in screen, I get the following message:: “QuickBooks can’t start password reset.  Try again in sometime” I’ve tried waiting four hours for any “cool down” timers to expire, but no luck.  I also cannot open the most recent backup file, as I get the same error message. Even if I accidentally recorded the wrong password (and thus have reset the cool down timers), I’m concerned that I may have no way of getting access to the data in the current company file. For the record, I’ve never gotten to the screen asking me to “submit your email address and license num

So how many companies been in business for a few years then switch over to QB processing, just to have all your clients payments get voided and not processed? Then spend countless hours talking to moron support agents that don't know what to do or they want to blame the bank or the person card? I am so sick of dealing with crap companies!!!!!

I have reported to QuickBooks that we are a non profit organization but they are still taxing us.  How do I fix this?

Hello! My small business has a few contractors which we pay through our bank and not through quickbooks payroll. How can i record tips from clients that we give to our contractors. We currently use "Banking - Write Checks to record payments for them. Please advise. I am assuming setting up a chart of accounts - other current liability - but am unsure of the tax-line mapping and how to make it simple to record. Any advise would be great!
