Any card readers that are usable with my laptop and QB online? My guys dont want to enter manually. Have the QB round reader for mobile device use.

I appreciate your effort to use a third-party reader, Teresa. Currently, there is no specific QuickBooks card reader compatible with laptops running QuickBooks Online (QBO).

QBO is designed to integrate with the QuickBooks Payments system, which allows users to accept payments via QuickBooks card readers. Currently, QuickBooks card readers are designed primarily for mobile devices (iOS and Android) via the QuickBooks mobile app or QuickBooks GoPayment app.

For now, if using a mobile app is not an option, manual entry might still be required. Refer to Step 3 Process payments for sales receipt of this article: Receive and process payments.

You can also explore third-party payment processors that integrate with QBO and provide hardware options compatible with laptops. Visit the Find apps page in your QBO account and use keywords like POS, Payment Processing, or similar terms.

Consider using the QuickBooks GoPayment app whenever you have to void a payment.
