I can share some information about integrating QuickBooks Online and Shopify, @MANAMANA.
You can connect your Shopify account to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. You can set up the integration within minutes.
At this time, you can only connect one Shopify to your QBO. Adding a second one will disconnect the first connection. However, you can check for any third-party app that supports multiple Shopify accounts in QBO.
First, configure the integration settings according to your company's accounting procedures. For more information on how to set this up on how your sales, payouts, products, and stock level updates from Shopify will be sent to QBO, check out this article: Shopify and QuickBooks Online Integration Guide.
Once you're done with the integration, and encountering issues, refer to this article on how to resolve it: Troubleshoot Shopify issues.
You can look for a third-party app from our QBO App Center. Just choose the right application that suits your business. After looking for that third-party app, you can check with their Customer Support on how to sync or integrate it with QuickBooks Online.
