Hi, @Nchinchilla1011. The time it takes to receive processed customer invoice payments depends on the product you’re using and the payment type.

 

If you're new to QuickBooks Payments, your initial payments may take about five business days to arrive as your account setup is finalized. Once complete, deposits will process more quickly.

 

Next-day deposits for credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, and ACH are processed the day after the transaction is made. Transactions before 3 PM PT reach your bank the next business day, while those after 3 PM PT take two business days.

 

To check the status of your processed payments, please visit the Merchant Service Center.

 

After confirming the payment status and deposit, your funds are on their way. However, some banks may hold funds for review or verification. If this happens, contact your bank for assistance and clarification.
