How to get same-day payment when customer uses credit card

Hi drlflooring. You can use the Instant Deposit feature in QuickBooks to receive your money within about 30 minutes. As long as your QuickBooks Payments account is active and in good standing, you’re likely eligible to get started.

To set it up, log in to QuickBooks and go to All apps> Sales & Get Paid> QuickBooks payouts>Get set up option. Then, follow the prompts to link your debit card or bank account.

Once you’re verified, you can see your available funds in the QuickBooks payouts section.  Be sure to submit your request before 3:00 PM PT for same-day processing. Anything later will be processed the following day. For more guidance about the process, see this article: Get instant deposits.
